Smoked Pork Tacos: Smoked pork straight from the smoker, with a little bit of cilantro, onions, cheese and salsa verde
Smoked Pork Tamales: In corn husk, corn masa tamales with smoked pork filling. Top it off with mole or salsa verde, onions, cliantro, cotija cheese and pickled vegetables.
Chilaquiles: We start off with a basket full of chips, salsa verde, choose your style of eggs (Ex. Over easy, scrambled, sunny side up) cilantro, onions, cotija cheese and pickled vegetables. Ask to add a chorizo or todays protein option.
