Axel and Brandon started this idea with making tamales every week for 8 months. They dialed in their niche and have fixed on the Southern upbringing of Brandon and the Mexican upbringing of Axel and mixed the two. We are focusing on classics and differentiations of classics we remember from childhood. Our goal is to bring our clients good food that is consistent and meaningful. What we are doing with Farm y Cocina is to really bring out these memories and our heritage through the food. We prepare our food fresh the day of. We are finishing tamales at the market as we open and pressing tortillas fresh as we rock service. We are truly pouring our heart and souls into this project and I believe customers will see it in the food. Our inspiration comes from our moms and grandmas.
